The Panuluyan is a farmstay, not a resort.
It’s for people looking for a panunuluyan sa probinsya where they can experience rustic farm living. In lieu of amenities, we offer the authentic warmth and heart of the community. It’s run not by Hotel & Restaurant Management grads but by members of our partner farmer families (farmilya) from the community.
We are located at Brgy. Masalukot, Santa Cruz, Marinduque. You may find us on Google Maps or Waze. TRAVELING BY PRIVATE CAR Traveling to Marinduque by private car offers the best way to enjoy the journey, allowing you to embrace the beauty of slow travel at your own pace.

- Enjoy a 2.5-hour break aboard to enjoy the rejuvenating sea breeze, picnic and bond.
- Basic snacks and drinks for sale onboard.

COMMUTING:
Commuting is possible but expect a few transfers before arriving at Panuluyan. Commuting options around the island are quite limited. You may also rent a motorbike or car upon arrival on the island.
Here is our commuting guide:
We are a social enterprise whose business model, Panalo sa Tatlo, aims to provide farmer families with multiple income streams through agriculture, technology, and community tourism. Not only do you get to enjoy beautiful mountain views in the middle of a cacao farm when you choose to stay at Panuluyan Farmstay, but as a farmilya, you also get to make a positive impact to our rural community.
We have kubos for most types of travelers (couples, solos, families, friends), but Panuluyan may not be for everyone. Who we are for: 1. Those who are looking for idyllic, rural stay, in the mountains of Marinduque. 2. Those who are interested in cacao farming. 3. Those who want a reset within nature. Why we may not be for you: 1. We are built on a mountain and there are about 120-170 steps to the kubos from street side. We do have a drop off that can reduce this to about 30-80 steps but those with mobility difficulties may still find it challenging. This may also be a hazard for very small children, but with proper supervision, kids of all ages can enjoy simple rural and rustic farm living.
2. Since we are on a farm, you will encounter some "local guests" of nature. Birds, frogs, and insects are expected when you are in the middle of a farm. We have regular pest control for the public areas, but this is mainly for small unwanted pests. 3. We are located up the mountain, 8km from the national highway and 16km from the nearest town. If you do not have your own vehicle and you're planning to go around the island, we are not the most convenient place to stay.
